Tailored To You
My office provides both short- and long-term individual counseling services for adults ages 18 and above. I meet with clients in-person at my office in Corvallis, Oregon, as well as via telehealth video conferencing to clients located within the state of Oregon.
Change is hard. As we begin our work together, I make every effort to be respectful of your time, resources, and circumstances, and I work in tandem with you to develop a personally-tailored, evidence-based, effective, and holistic plan for addressing your primary concerns.
I have over 15 years of experience working with a diverse range of psychological concerns, and I approach all my sessions with curiosity about the whole human, including each individuals' unique sources of joy, pain, strength, struggle, and personal meaning.

Insurance and Fees
I am actively in the credentialing process to join several insurance networks and will continue to update this site to reflect that process. I am currently in-network with the following insurers and can bill them directly:
-
Intercommunity Health Network
If I do not directly accept your insurance, I can assist you in filing out-of-network claims by providing a summary bill of all needed information (a "superbill"), which you can file with your insurer for reimbursement. I encourage you to call your insurer prior to our first meeting to find out their policy on reimbursing out-of-network providers.
Session fees are due at the time of service. I accept cash, check, or credit card. Current service fees are as follows:
-
Initial 20-minute phone consultation - FREE
-
80-minute intake evaluation - $200
-
60-minute regular session - $180
-
45-minute abbreviated session - $165
-
30-minute check-in - $140
-
Crisis Session - $200
Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at 50% the original fee.

Good Faith Estimate Notice
In accordance with the 2021 "No Surprises Act," all current and prospective clients have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much their medical and mental health care will cost. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
